Our Robusta coffee comes from Temanggung Regency on Java. The region is known for its rich aroma, chocolate and caramel notes and a twist of spice.
Growers use environmentally friendly farming techniques, including processing fermented coffee waste for use as fertiliser. Farmers have received training in cultivation, sorting and storage in collaboration with local government.
Bajawa, Flores
Our Bajawa Arabica grows on the slopes of Mount Inierie in Ngada Regency, at altitudes above 1,300 metres.
Direct cooperation with local farmer-managed processing units helps support reliable supply, consistent quality and long-term relationships.
